Beautifully decorated, authentic accommodation
Lots of space, a unique location, great bathroom, balcony view. Excellent decor, we were met by a very friendly staff member with excellent food suggestions. Coffee pod machine available

- • maybe the stairs, but we knew there would be stairs. Outside in the square there was some ‘riff raff’ but we felt quite safe

- • Piazza Garibaldi has the atmosphere of a train station district, beware of pickpockets, especially in the side streets! Nevertheless, ideal for people arriving by Alibus or train

- • Lift was awkward with luggage. Noisy outside with people and street cleaning.
It was a nice clean room with fresh air from the window.
It was near the station and all amenities available next to the door like restaurant, coffee shop, etc.

- • There was no terrace, but in the picture I saw the terrace. But even then it was okay.
Serendipity was clean and close to transportation. I had no complaints.
Alessandra was pleasant and helpful at check-in as well she messaged me with a list of activities for New Year's Eve in Naples. She responded quickly to any questions I had via WhatsApp. The lobby was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree, a coffee machine was available, and tables to sit if you brought take-out. No breakfast was offered. The room was huge but minimal decorations so not much personality. Bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. Close walk to the Naples central train station & metro station which was convenient. We felt safe enough there.

- • No real concerns as our needs were met. I thought it was a bit overpriced - maybe because it was New Year's Eve?
