- • It was too noisy because the window wasn’t closing properly, so we could hear all the traffic
Charming stay in an urban palace
The location is perfect. View of the Gulf of Naples, beautiful neighborhood, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to the action. We stayed there for 4 nights initially, then came back from the Amalfi Coast for one night and were looking forward to the palace.

The location is very good with easy access to the sea. The deluxe room is spacious, clean, with a sea view. The staff were welcoming. During our stay (6 nights at the end of March), it was not too noisy, except on the street (but it's Naples).

- • The bed should be changed because the mattress has retained the occupants' positions. The bathroom sink faucet should be better secured. From a safety point of view, the electricity should be redone to accommodate guests.
The location of the apartment is very good, close to the seaside promenade, with many nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, located in an old building with security downstairs. Breakfast is at a nearby coffee shop on the street, where they also serve American coffee. Before coming, I didn't think Italy would have American coffee. The host also provides free capsule coffee in the common kitchen.
