The stay was great!
The bed is comfortable, clean sheets! The towels were changed every day and the staff was very polite...!

- • Regarding the broken safe..., another room was offered, but due to tiredness, we decided to stay in the same room!
cheap hotel, serves a purpose but won't use it again
When booked selected 'booking for someone else', the hotel wouldn't let my wife check in as I wasn't present - eventually sorted. Requested a cot in the room at the time of booking, but it never arrived. Asked for a ground floor as a single adult with 2 small children - got a room high up in the hotel!! Room was tired and not that appealing. It was a good price though so you get what you pay for.

- • Nobody checked the booking requests, none of the requests were made. Check-in was challenging because of this - eventually sorted

- • The service, the hairdryer in my room didn't work, I called and no one answered, I had to go down and request it to dry my daughter's hair, in conclusion, an hour passed and they didn't come, I went back down uncomfortable because my baby fell asleep with wet hair, only after 15 minutes they brought it.

I felt like I stayed at the worst motel in Orlando.
Breakfast was unfortunately an extra charge after spending $230 for 1 night. The pool area was nice and clean.

- • I forgot to take pictures but we were in room 2130 and there was a black hole in the shower! Like under the part where you would place a bottle of shampoo or bar of soap. Clearly missed because no one simply bends down and cleans it but the entire thing needs to be replaced. The bathtub had a white thing on the bottom I thought it was a non-slip sticker but the bathtub was actually broken!!!!! When you step on it you can feel the hole beneath your feet. Seriously, that needs to be replaced asap. Unacceptable!
