- • Unfortunately, we cannot fully understand the good reviews. The room really smelled bad and we had to air it out for a long time. The breakfast was basically a joke. Long lines, as you were not allowed to serve yourself, not enough seating, there was only bagels or toast with jam, butter or cream cheese.

Pleased with the people and accommodations overall.
Location was perfectly close to Magic Castle. Security of hotel was good. Staff was very customer-oriented and friendly. Curb-side parking was fine. Even in a busy area, it was quiet inside the hotel and the room. Breakfast was fine.
