Older but well-maintained property. Excellent Staff. Close to the heart of Hollywood.
Older property, built in 1935 as apartments, converted to hotel in 1980s. Renovated 10-20 years ago. Outstandingly friendly staff! Breakfast offered, but very limited (mostly carbs). Good WiFi. Extremely convenient to the heart of Hollywood - Dolby Theater, Walk of Fame, Magic Castle, El Capitan, Roosevelt Hotel, etc. Easy rideshare access. Surprisingly quiet.

- • No elevator, but staff is happy to assist with luggage (we're in our 70s). Not sure of the neighborhood, but it seemed to be mostly smaller apartment buildings
