I was expecting a hotel where I find the bare minimum and I was still disappointed
The facilities were working well, the staff is nice and smiling

- • Housekeeping is done only once every three days in the rooms, the shuttles have a disastrous schedule with 2 out of 4 Disney parks and only twice a day, once going and once returning, also very unpleasant with poor internet connection
Dirty rooms cockroaches and rude staff
The location was ok but as for the rest it wasn't great.

- • The rooms were disgusting there were bedbugs and cockroaches and the lifts were broken for half the stay and the staff were not great extremely overpriced items and little to no things to do. Pool was also closed most of the stay. Also our room wasn't cleaned the entire time of our stay and the beds were dirty and not changed
