Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista

Weve stayed here numerous times and its so close to so many places far as eating and shopping. We had quiet stay and easy to check in and check out process as always.

I’ve stayed here several times. I make frequent trips to Florida and this hotel is closest to the atttactions I like. It’s very nice, clean, friendly and competent staff. The room is clean and adequate. My only little gripe this trip was the AC was a bit loud and my bed squeaked a lot whenever I moved. Those are trivial incidents but otherwise it’s a very nice place to stay and close to Disney Springs

Carpeting was stained and dirty. Room smelled musty. Pools and surrounding areas were well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didn't like was,there is only 1 parking lot and our room was on the opposite side was made it inconvenient and a long walk to our room.

Great hotel!

The front desk at check in were the only staff we really had to deal with and they were very nice. However, the room and facilities were not at all as pictured. Everything looked really nice and clean on their pics but once getting there the whole outside of the place was run down looking and dated. The room just felt unclean, there was hair on the floor of the shower as well as in one of the beds. Stuffy room, carpet seemed dirty. I did not touch the floor without my bedroom shoes on. Also, we were on the backside of the building and it was very noisy with traffic. That part I could have dealt with although I know the noise could be a bigger issue for some. It was mostly the lack of cleanliness that was an issue for me. We were only there for one night and I was thankful to leave. Just not somewhere I could get comfortable and spend any amount of time at. Def won’t book there again.
