Lejligheden var ren og pæn. Ingen dikkedarer, men vi ønskede ikke dikkedarer, bare det vi havde brug for med en god central beliggenhed og sikker parkering til bilen

The dishwasher was not emptied, the bed was broken, and the apartment was generally just dirty and grimy. Find another place.

Not recommended for guests from abroad.

The key code was not sent as indicated in the booking 24 hours before arrival but shortly before check-in. A major problem as I had no access to the internet. The apartment seemed good at first, but then we noticed some unpleasant things. The mattress of the double bed was completely worn out on one side, so I had to use the single bed, but there was no bed sheet for it. 2 out of the 4 wicker chairs were broken and unusable, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and written instructions on how to use electrical appliances like the TV, coffee machine, etc. were only available in Polish. The only positive aspect is the location of the apartment, central with good tram connections.

Værelset var koldt, selvom det var vinter. Varmeanlægget virkede ikke. Kundeservicen var dårlig. Vedligeholdelsespersonalet boede 150 km væk og kunne ikke komme med det samme, så han kom endelig næste dag.

Ejendomsforvalteren hjælper meget, hvis du har noget at spørge om. Vegetariske restauranter er lige over for din lejlighed, så du behøver ikke at lave mad. Monte Cassino er et vidunderligt sted at bo.
