- • I had a problem at check-in where my reservation was not found even though I showed it online on booking. The staff member was completely unprepared; I understand that mistakes happen, but he didn't seem to want to solve my problem. He kept questioning as if he doubted the reservation, asked me to send a copy, and was quite disrespectful when he interrupted my service to receive and start the check-in of a couple who arrived after me. I had to ask him to finish because I was tired. A total disregard. Furthermore, he did not honor the value indicated in the booking reservation, which generated a lot of dissatisfaction even though I mentioned it several times and showed the value in the reservation.
