- • There is no hanger anywhere. Missing table and chairs in the living room and the bathroom floods the entire floor when showering!!

The location is very good, but the reality is that the check-in process is too cumbersome. Not to mention that they charged us a security deposit that was not previously informed and it has been 4 business days and it has not been returned yet. The sheets were not clean, there was no kettle!!! How can an apartment not have a kettle, it doesn't cost them anything. The hot water ran out very quickly, another issue to consider in winter. There was no kitchen paper, and it is not allowed to have visitors even if it's my mom who just came to say hello. Too strict about things that don't make much sense. Rating: 4/10

What we liked the most was the location, it's really a good area and close to the places we wanted to go, and it's quiet to walk around, besides the apartment is very nice aesthetically and warm.

- • There was little communication at check-out time, our idea that we mentioned was to inquire if it was possible to leave the suitcases since our flight was later, which was not understood and when we had already left, in the middle of the morning we had to return to the apartment
