Great location, exceptional restaurant, awesome service. The hotel architecture is stunning and rooms were huge. It was a very luxurious hotel. As this hotel is located in a great area, if you're a light sleeper, remember to bring earplugs with you as it's very vibrant at night.

Great in the center of Cartagena
The location and the attention of the staff. They are wonderful. Also, the pool is great.

Price/performance ratio does not match
The hotel made a good impression. Beautiful building. Large rooms. Lots of staff, some speak English. Very good location, central in the old town. We were also helped with our onward journey.

- • The room had no light switches but a smart home control that did not work properly. Also, there was insufficient light in the room. The air conditioning could only be turned on or off, regulation could only be done through reception. The TV remote only worked with solar power, which is difficult in a dark room. There was no hot water, only lukewarm. Breakfast was ordered from a menu, with only 1 cup of coffee included, no refills. I found the 1 x 1 cm butter cube for 2 people ridiculous (at that price). After our third and last night at the hotel, we both had several bites all over our bodies. We suspected mites or fleas in the bed. But we cannot prove it.
