- • We found it a bit messy, the sister hotel Casona del Povenir we found more well-kept. There is construction material downstairs, it is not spotless in the public areas. A layer of dust on the sideboard in the restaurant while employees sit on their phones. Just a bit less cared for. While the room was really great.

- • It is in an area that is somewhat noisy at night, lots of people on the street.

Very nice hotel very well located in the heart of the old town: everything is within walking distance. Welcoming and smiling staff. Beautiful room and rooftop pool: very pleasant.

Great boutique hotel option
Location. Close to the port, the San Diego neighborhood, and various restaurants and shops. Good bed. Good shower although one night the water did not get past lukewarm, Netflix, minibar, free water... Luxury Suite is very spacious. Very attentive staff.

- • The kitchen is not prepared to meet a customer's need in case of discomfort. For example, there is only coconut rice. There is no availability of various vegetables. Everything takes a long time. Because it is central, there is noise on the street until a certain hour.

- • The staff is not very attentive during breakfast. The kitchen is not great at all for a 5-star hotel of this caliber (needs a total review).
