Breakfast was delicious and they have a different menu every day of the week. Flexible check-in time. A lot of small free amenities (water, snacks, cosmetics, etc). Good wifi and a/c. You can pay by credit card without surcharge from the hotel (compared to other places)

Overall very good and staff very friendly
The breakfast needs to cater more to Western people. An omelette or scrambled eggs would be good. A toast area where people can make their own toast.

Great 2nd Stay During Tet
Second staying here, nice big massive room plenty of space with own balcony too, nice friendly, helpful staff, great location, close to coffee shops, family mart, mini marts, etc., and peaceful, love free water and snacks you daily also you get discounts for the spa in the hotel as well which was very nice and use it numerous times.

- • The hotel needs a refurbishment, 2 rooms I stayed in had minor ant issues and the bathroom showers and pipes are rusty also the hot water can be sometimes inconsistent when using the shower goes hot then cold then hot again makes it a bit annoying to shower.
