Favorite place to go!
Everything! This place is a perfect retreat/sanctuary of wellness. We would live here if we could. Staff is incredible, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

Fun, relaxing, beautiful!
Serene and beautiful beach, great jungle feel, and lots of fun activities. Enjoyed making the most of daily morning yoga, sound baths, fermentation classes and dance performances. All the staff were amazing - friendly, low-key service everywhere. Plant-based food menu and mocktails were delicious - loved the beachfront breakfasts, and the variety of restaurants. A perfect location for our mother/daughter trip. Can’t wait to return!

- • At check out time, when we want to leave hotel Eli receptionist didn't let us leave from hotel. We had our personal driver with ID, who took us to the hotel and the same driver come to take us to the Cancun airport. Eli said: if we want to leave our driver will have QR code, which no one not informed us about. We asked to be taken to the security gate in a golf car, but they refused. Eli said he could call a taxi, but we had to pay for it ourselves, we didn't agree because we had our own driver. We got upset because we were afraid of being late for the flight. After a long conversation a QR code finally received. We still don't understand why we can arrive at the hotel with the driver, who have ID but not leave. ELI apparently doesn't understand that the client needs to be helped not harmed, because the client is right.

Where to start… beautiful property, stunning grounds, delicious food, friendliest staff, wonderful programs. Upscale but relaxed. Not pretentious. Not crowded. Not your typical all-inclusive (no buffet lines, no one drunk and rowdy in the pool vaping etc). The reviews seem almost too good to be true but it’s really a special spot.

- • That I kept overeating 😁… the food is exceptional. ok to keep it real… an extra sign is needed to get to Mar de Olivo (don’t wear high heels if you’re walking, ladies, or get a cart ride). Also I wish the plunge pools were open to 6 pm. Super nit-picky. Really nothing we didn’t like.

We love the staffs! You will be spoiled by their warm and attentive service that you may never want to leave! Love the natural beauty! The ocean, the beach, the jungle, the sunrise, the sunset, the iguanas bathing in the sun, the music, the people, the food, the AIA! Oh, and the natural aftersun lotion and insects repellent they prepared for the guests! Shout out to our drivers Oscar and Naui, our yoga teachers, the cacao ceremony guide, nomadic guide team, the servers inside all the restaurants, and the servers on the beaches, all the chefs in the kitchens, room service staffs and the taco truck staff, who made our stay the best experience in an all inclusive resort ever! We WILL 100% be back! Soon!

- • Some dishes weren’t a hit for us. But we found some dishes that we really enjoyed! So we stuck to those. Would love to try out a different menu next time we come!
