- • In March 2026, through a lodging booking company, we reserved a family room with two bedrooms and a kitchen of 50 m2 with a sea view. Upon check-in, we were provided with a one-room unit without a kitchen, measuring 24 m2. The hotel owner refused to provide a different room. Out of the 6 reserved nights, we only stayed for 2 nights; we left for another hotel. Why couldn't we stay there? 1. It is a hostel without amenities. The room lacks a table and chairs, clothing wardrobes, shelves for personal items, and dishes. The refrigerator is located in a common uncooled corridor and is meant for use by three rooms. The safe is faulty. 2. The sewage system does not work. Water from the shower does not drain, remains on the floor, and it is impossible to approach the toilet. 3. The electrical wiring was faulty, sparking and tripping the circuits several times, including at night, resulting in sleeping without air conditioning. Only one out of 4 power outlets worked; the others were taped shut. 5. It is impossible to sleep at night due to the loud noise and vibration of the neighboring building's ventilation. 6. The blankets were without duvet covers, and it is doubtful they are washed after each guest. 7. The noise from the staff in the mornings and the cardboard-thin walls with excellent audibility are the icing on the cake. Of course, to avoid spoiling our vacation, we left for another hotel. The Pakistani owner did not refund us for 4 nights, refused negotiations, even though the booking company, through which we reserved the room, also offered the owner to refund us for the unsuitable room. It is evident that the hotel's reputation is of no concern to its owner. I hope my review will spare travelers from a ruined vacation at this hotel and financial losses.
