Avoid....
Arrived 2.30 a.m. room only had 1 towel for 2 people, no air conditioning , room is dirty. Next day changed rooms , better bed , not as dirty, 3 day they say the air is fixed but it is not. Coming froming Canada trying to sleep in +27 with humitidy does not work. I requested some compensation but got nothing . Would not recommend ....

The host and his apartment was great. The area around his apartment was a little dirty. The location was great but was noisy at night.

Could do better
The duvet cover was dirty as well as one of the towels, the cleaning of the bedside tables and walls leaves something to be desired. The bedding is very firm, the problem of parking in a parallel street, so you have to go see them to open the door for you to get into the car and then before leaving. Go to the reception to tell them to open the door for you, the team was very professional.

Good stay overall
If you are not too concerned about the lack of dishes, the leaking shower, the doors slamming late at night and early in the morning ... the rest is acceptable. The location (very good) and the air conditioning (limited..) during a heatwave were very much appreciated. The price was fair benefiting from promotions at 500 DH/night. We will come back (for lack of better)

Nothing to do with the photos
The service is super good, the staff is super friendly but the cleanliness is terrible, the bathrooms are super dirty and neglected, the property is not as shown in the picture, the bathroom is a mess, now the staff is super attentive and friendly

The property location is fairly walkable to Hassan II mosque, old medina shops, and some bars/restaurants. Hotel cleanliness needs improvement. Carpets were dirty. Hair dryer did not work. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful with setting up taxis and other small requests. This hotel could be very good if it just had some upgrades and improvement on cleanliness.

The used plates are left in the corridors
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, no Wi-Fi connection in the room, you have to go to the reception every time. The towels are grayish not at all white. There are 3 or 4 menus offered every day
