A comfortable hotel with very good service, at reception, restaurant, and rooms

- • Breakfast could be improved, it's somewhat monotonous. There is some pressure to clean the rooms early, which is not pleasant when traveling for rest. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the housekeepers, but rather a hotel policy, as it has happened to us several times

- • The building itself is quite cute, but the service was nonexistent. When I arrived with two heavy suitcases, I had to struggle with them up the stairs to reception. Both receptionists were busy chatting with each other—not with customers—and despite making eye contact with me while I struggled, they didn't offer a hand. When I explicitly asked if there was anyone to help with luggage, I was met with silence. On top of that, the rooms and the entire building were uncomfortably hot. A pretty building doesn't make up for being ignored when you're clearly in need of assistance
