- • The rooms were a little smaller than I expected from the photos but it was clean and overall worth the price.
We liked everything. Top-notch services. The staff was exceptional. From the receptionist to the restaurant service, they were all amazing. An added bonus (The hotel restaurant was really good. The taste was refined and of quality). We had a beautiful and excellent stay. Thank you again 🙏💙

Very nice hotel for a stay in Hanoi, just steps from the city center.
Magnificent hotel with very dedicated staff. The location is ideal. Excellent breakfast. We were given a takeaway breakfast because we had an early morning flight.

From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable in this hotel. Already upon arrival, we were greeted so warmly and attentively that you immediately noticed: Here you are not just a guest, but really welcome. Throughout our entire stay, the team was exceptionally helpful and personal. We were always asked friendly about our excursions - such details make the difference and show genuine appreciation. The farewell was also very warm and personal, which rounded off our stay perfectly. But that's not all: When we arrived back home, we even received an incredibly nice WhatsApp message, thanking us again and inquiring if we had arrived home safely. Such attention and warmth are truly rare. We will definitely come back!

Great service. Very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed every second here and felt like kings. We extended our stay here several times because we didn't want to leave. We were here again on our anniversary and everyone was super nice and surprised us with an artwork on the bed. The beds are very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean. Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything dear Miss Fiona. We are very grateful to you. Hopefully until next time.

Great hotel, great staff, and a great experience
The hotel was exquisite, very well equipped and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they even gave us a little souvenir when we left. Since I wanted to take a cruise in Ha Long, they allowed me to extend my stay for a day, which I immensely appreciated. As a courtesy, for the last day, they gave us a room upgrade, which was great. The breakfast was delicious, and they also have a restaurant service with very good prices and tasty food. The location is very convenient for tours and also in an area that allows easy access to the rest of the city. I would return without hesitation, so far it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my Southeast Asian trip.
