Excellent location, room view, cleanliness, and friendly staff!! Wish I could find where to buy the rabbit light in the room. Amazing experience from check-in to checkout before the NYC blizzard of 2026!!

Having to pay for WiFi was disappointing, and the lighting in the room was extremely dim.

Front desk and receptionists were wonderful and helped me with our requests and issues.

- • Housekeeping didn’t dust the rooms, dust particles were visible on furniture, walls, and doors. Housekeeping didn’t give us the right number of towels one time and left soiled or stained pillowcases on the desk. Telephone couldn’t be fixed.
