Tien is amazing!
Tien was an amazing host. Incredibly friendly and helpful, made me feel like I always had someone to help me out. The stay was also comfortable and very reasonable for the price!

Nice stay
The Host is very friendly and helpful. Leaving our luggage there when arriving early and when leaving after check-out was no problem. The rooms have air conditioning. The location of the hotel at the old gate is perfect. The rooms are cost-efficient. The furniture and lavatory look well-worn.

20 points because ten is not enough
I couldn't have liked it more and couldn't have felt more comfortable in this place from the very beginning, I felt well received and helped in everything by you, more than grateful. On the first day, I had an issue with the air conditioning that was dripping, and in literally five minutes, you solved it for me. I bought the cruise for Halong Bay with you, which was spectacular, and you arranged for them to pick me up at the port and bring me to Ninh Binh, even accompanied me to the bus stop when I left! Don't miss the chance to meet him, always in a good mood and with a smile, more than grateful!!! The place is impeccable and right in the old quarter.

A comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location
A pleasant and comfortable stay with friendly staff, a quiet central location, and easy access to nearby attractions, though the lack of an elevator may be a consideration for some guests.

Unforgettable stay, thanks to our host for everything 🙏
The location was just perfect, close to everything, located in the old quarter while being quiet. Clean room, functional, and daily maintenance. Our host was great, very professional, particularly welcoming, and gave very good advice. Go there with your eyes closed! We will return with great pleasure. Thanks again 🙏🙏🙏
