20 points because ten is not enough
I couldn't have liked it more and I couldn't have felt more comfortable in this place from the very beginning, I felt well received and helped in everything by you, more than grateful, on the first day I had an issue with the leaking air conditioner and in literally five minutes you solved it for me, with you I bought the cruise for Halong Bay which was spectacular and you arranged for them to pick me up at the port and bring me to Ninh Binh, you even accompanied me to the bus stop when I left! Don't miss the chance to meet him, always in a good mood and with a smile, more than grateful!!! The place is impeccable and right in the old quarter

A pleasant and comfortable stay with friendly staff, a quiet central location, and easy access to nearby attractions, though the lack of an elevator may be a consideration for some guests

The location was just perfect, close to everything, located in the old quarter while being quiet. Clean, functional room with daily maintenance. Our host was fantastic, very professional, particularly welcoming, and gave very good advice. Go there with your eyes closed! We will come back with great pleasure. Thanks again 🙏🙏🙏
