Very good location. International atmosphere.
The location, right in the center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. In the same alley where the hotel is located, you can eat a very delicious Hot Pot. The staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel has an international atmosphere.

Neat, functional, very good location, great staff. Also has a self-service laundry which is invaluable in Xi'An when it's hot in summer.

- • The aesthetics of the lobby weren't great but that is very minor. The rest of the property is great.

- • No one at the reception could speak English, there was a time when there were 3 receptionists and not even one could help us.
The location is excellent, making it very convenient for visiting the Bell Tower and accessing the subway station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Holiday Inn consistently delivers quality service and maintains high standards.
