- • The worst experience of our vacation in many years. I stayed at Adventure Hotel by the Park in Orlando from May 10th to 17th, 2026. Upon arrival, the manager, Lisa Browne, handed me a note stating that the pool would be under maintenance until the 12th. I checked out on the 17th and unfortunately, the pool was still not repaired, which forced me to change my vacation plans (as it was a week of high temperatures). Additionally, three unauthorized charges were made to my credit card after paying for the hotel: one for $517.27, which was refunded, but there are still pending charges of $173.07 and $146.14. According to the manager and another manager (James), this was a problem in their systems that affected all guests, and amounts were debited from everyone. On May 13th, I had to pause my credit card to avoid future charges from the hotel. The family group was left with only one credit card for the remaining 10 days of vacation. According to both managers, the refunds were supposed to be reflected on my card on the check-out day, but 10 days after check-out, I have not received the refund of those amounts. Due to all of this, I do not recommend the hotel due to the aforementioned issues.

- • The pool was being maintained, so we were unable to use it at all. This was not specified, and I had booked this hotel for the pool. The beds were not made up every day; it alternated between a light clean-up day and a proper clean-up day. When on vacation, I don't want to make my own bed.

- • The lighting in the room needs to be improved as it is dark, the breakfast should be varied as it is always the same, the worst part was that there was no pool, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy and you couldn't rest well, they should have staff who speak Spanish all the time, you can't ask anything because those who are there don't speak Spanish. They are remodeling, and during the day, you can't rest because you hear the noise of a drill that is annoying. They need to improve the room cleaning as the floors are not cleaned well.
