- • The fact that we couldn't park underneath - i always make sure there is parking available especially these days with so many thefts - i checked and yes locked parking was available - but it is only 180com high NOT NOTED ON THE WEB SITE- so we then had to park 500mtrs away in the pier parking - and to add to the pain my husband is getting 2 knee replacements in 2 weeks, - when you get to the pier parking it is ticketed but limited to 10 hrs so we would exceed our time before we got to refresh the ticket, so i am waiting for a parking ticket as well............ yup if you have a small car no problem. Also there is no restaurant only a Gin Bar with a bar menu, but you can get a room service menu that is not the Gin Bar Menu???? So we walk again to the board walk, which is close and plenty of great choices, just not great if you have bad knees
I arrived in the early hours of the morning, around 4 am, and when I tried to leave my luggage before check-in, they had the room ready even though it was a very early time, which was a great help. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

- • There were several issues in the hotel room. Although we booked for 4 people, there were only amenities for 2 people, which was inconvenient. The body soap was empty from the beginning. During our stay, we ran out of shampoo and tissue paper. It seemed like they did not check or replenish them during cleaning. We had to ask the staff multiple times to bring them to our room whenever they ran out. I wish everything had been properly stocked.

2 nights trip
This is our trip to the Great Barrier Reef. We stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights, and it was an amazing trip. My friend booked a room with a nice beach view, and we took lots of beautiful photos, but it was quite small (our fault). However, the staff here are wonderful, they are so friendly and hospitable, especially the girl named Amelia at the breakfast buffet, she is so friendly and has a beautiful smile. I'm allergic to eggs and she showed me around the buffet and explained for us. We really appreciate it, thank you so much! We will definitely come back next time.
