- • WHEN WE LEFT, THERE WERE 2 EMPLOYEES AT THE RECEPTION AND THEY IGNORED US AND DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO HELP US CARRY THE SUITCASES DOWN THE STAIRS AT THE ENTRANCE, TO CATCH THE BOLT THAT WAS TAKING US TO THE AIRPORT. I AM 68 YEARS OLD AND MY WIFE IS 54 AND WE HAD TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO GO DOWN THE STAIRS WITH THE SUITCASES AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK US OR OPEN THE DOORS FOR US. IT WAS AN UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE AND NOT IN LINE WITH THE HOTEL'S CATEGORY
