Good experience
Very good experience. The hotel completely met my expectations and even exceeded them in some aspects. I especially highlight the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and the attention of the staff, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also really liked the location, as it allowed easy movement around the area. Everything worked perfectly, and the good maintenance of the facilities is noticeable. Highly recommended.

- • I have no criticisms to make, everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, without a doubt I would stay at this hotel again in the future and I also recommend it.
What a disappointment.
Very disappointed in this Le Meridien. Staff was surly. There was no acknowledgement or benefit to our Gold level and it is a significantly minor version of the Meridien brand. Bar is awful. Food is cafeteria level.

The hotel staff and front desk were friendly and accommodating. They will try to accommodate your requests when they can. Shoutout to Kiera at the front desk. She made our stay smoother than expected.

Chicago Chic
I loved the eclectic decor. The front desk staff and bellhops were kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. The valet parking was prompt and friendly whenever we were coming or going. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and cozy. It was close to the museum campus which included our 3 main destinations.

- • Fuimos al bar la primera noche, recibimos menús y agua del camarero y eso fue todo. Él siguió haciendo bebidas para otros que llegaron después de nosotros y nunca nos dijo otra palabra. Terminamos yendo a un bar/restaurante fuera del hotel. La habitación no tenía secador de pelo.
