I chose not to stay overnight because the property does not have its own parking and the suggested parking procedures were not suitable for my expectations and compatible with my late-night arrival at the property.

- • Once I raised the exception to the manager and the property that I would not have liked to access the room at midnight to take a form, fill it out, and return it to the car (to be left on the street or in an affiliated parking lot) and that I was therefore not intending to access the property and make use of the reservation, I would have expected a partial refund of what was charged to me. Instead, nothing.

This is a fabulous hotel and exceeded my expectations, very much deserves the rating. The staff are excellent, so helpful when we had an issue with parking and I really appreciated the assistance. Wonderful breakfast. It all felt very luxurious.

- • The location isn’t the prettiest in Pisa but it is certainly very central and convenient.
Great stay. Will be recommending.

- • Room available from 3 pm but reception is from 8 am to 2 pm (informed the same morning by SMS) so no reception, check-in was a key box. No bathtub. Poorly soundproofed room (neighbor above and corridor noises). No choice for breakfast, it is delivered to the door.
