Exceptionally peaceful, elegant place with very friendly service and perfect conditions for complete relaxation.
It is an exceptionally peaceful and atmospheric place, perfect for calming down and true relaxation. From the first moment, you can feel peace, comfort, and the care of the wonderful staff, allowing you to truly relax. The service is very kind, open, very helpful, and extremely friendly. The rooms are very spacious and pleasant, decorated with class, and you can immediately see that everything is of good quality. The bathroom deserves special mention - it is bright, large, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. An additional advantage is the garden, where you can sit quietly in the sun, have a coffee, and relax. Coffee and something sweet to go with it are practically available all the time, which is a very nice gesture. Even after the check-out at 11:00, which is a very comfortable time for a peaceful morning packing, the staff still willingly provides coffee and the opportunity to spend some time in the garden. This place is truly wonderful, and if I am in Pisa again, I will not look for another accommodation - I will gladly book here. I highly recommend it to everyone. The only minor note is that the ventilation in the room is slightly audible at night, although absolutely not enough to disturb sleep. On the contrary - it is very pleasing that there is fresh air, and you can breathe comfortably all night.

- • Very poor breakfast, something sweet, an apple, and 2 capsules to make my own coffee in the room. Disappointing. The room does not look at all like the one I saw on booking. Besides, water drips next to the windows. We had to put toilet paper in the empty places to stop the rain (the reception was not open, and we had no one to contact. It's a place that I would rate at a maximum of 2 stars.... I'm sorry I didn't take more pictures.
The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would have liked some cold meats.
The location was perfect. The walk-in shower needs a bit of refurbishing, though. The hotel amenities were excellent.
