Lovely spacious reception area , helpful staff and wonderfully comfy beds. Lots of choice for breakfast. Also lovely coffee shop across street from hotel. Great location for getting around Sydney.

A good address to stay in Sydney
Well located, to visit Sydney on foot or by public transport. Breakfast is of good quality and price in a restaurant room kept clean, despite several services.

Conveniently located with a short walk to light rail and train station. Simple but lovely buffet breakfast with interesting pancake making machine.

- • No clear signage from carpark to hotel. Carpark lift was not operational yet in March 2026.

- • Parking next door was difficult there were no instructions upon entry. Room was booked based on a city view and a bath tub which it had neither, bathroom was tiny and the shower had mould in it.

- • Lighting, lamps Literally above the head on the beds. 2nd person sleeping position won’t be comfortable. Showers are built in the bath tub and no shower curtain - Spills into the Toilet area. Overall it is tightly packed. Some power outlets seem very slow for phone charging. Rooms being charged automatically on nightly basis prior to checking out.
Great hotel in great location
Great hotel in a brilliant location. Walkable to all main areas and also just a couple of mins walk from the light rail if you don't want to walk. Beside train station if you want to go to Bondi or any other outer areas also. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. We didn't eat dinner there as the menu wasn't to our liking so can't comment on that. Staff were very friendly. Pool was a nice addition but is heated - just in case you were planning to cool down in it! We would definitely stay here again.

- • Only mirror was in the bathroom so difficult to get ready or even see yourself in full before heading out! Might be worth looking into. Would still stay again though!
