Empark looks beautiful aesthetically but air con is a huge con.
I’m disappointed. I asked the staff 3 times about the lack of air conditioning, have never stayed in a property anywhere in the world where the air conditioning doesn’t work. I was not compensated. I was told that they would speak to management and they didn’t do anything except for give me a portable air conditioning. Also the service fee is high if you plan to eat at the hotel restaurants. Also the pool looked basic compared to the photos online, so didn’t end up swimming. The bath tub was luxurious however. Lots of staff seem to be accomodating with helping me get my first robot delivery and bags and calling a taxi, but those were the bare minimum requirements of any hotel, and for the price you expect more.

Decent hotel with a strategic location to explore Beijing.
Very good location close to the subway station and a walking distance to the Wangfujing shopping district. Nice restaurant with good food and exceptional service by Jony Tian. Hotel staff were helpful although not many spoke English Convenient Club Lounge on 11F (but was not clearly communicated to guests hence it was always empty!)

- • Hotel room felt cluttered with too many decorative items. One of the lifts was out of service during our stay there which resulted in long waiting times. Ordering a meal via room service seemed to be a challenge. Shower water pressure was not good and there were insufficient hooks to hang towels. The price and perceived exclusivity did not quite meet my expectations

- • First they gave me a normal room compared to the premium one that I booked, which I had to stay for one night, and second I was accused by one of the staff members on 9th April at 6 pm that I broke the handle of the umbrella that they gave me in the morning.
