- • Breakfast could be more upscale. Just an 'ordinary' hotel standard. Had higher expectations from a high-end hotel like this.

From the seamless check-in to the pristine facilities, every detail was handled with such care that there wasn't a single aspect we would have changed. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels so consistently perfect.

The hotel is very stylish and in a very central location. There is a bus stop and tram in front of it. I always walked to the places to see. We spent a lot of time at the hotel's own bar and the historic restaurant below. The rooms are clean and stylish. If I come to Oslo again, I would stay here again. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The staff in the bar and restaurant are the same.

- • I didn't like the bed. It is very narrow and excessively soft for two people. We couldn't turn around to avoid hitting each other. It is especially uncomfortable for those with herniated disc due to being too soft.

- • There was a dirt stain on the wall in the bathroom, as well as hair on the bathroom floor. The desk chair was also very dirty and in urgent need of thorough cleaning! The bacon for breakfast was rock hard, tough, and overcooked.
Wonderful staff. Wonderfully comfortable and clean room. Wonderful breakfast. Wonderful and convenient central location.
