Wonderful Hotel. Very good location. The decoration is splendid. And the best of all is the service, which I found exceptional!!!! At all times, the staff is dedicated to meeting all your expectations. Highly recommended.

The hotel was okay in terms of value for money, but the service at the restaurant was not good - despite an appointment, we waited 1 hour for food while other guests who arrived later already had their meals. It turned into a stressful evening due to an evening program appointment instead of a relaxing weekend.

Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The room was big and spacious and I didn't hear a peep outside. Enjoyed the hotel bar. Quaint and pleasant barkeeps. Highly recommend if you want to be pampered. Would stay again

Traditional hotel in Hamburg
The Vier Jahreszeiten is certainly one of the most prestigious hotels in Hamburg. The location directly on the Binnenalster is also excellent. The decor is complete as in a Grand Hotel. The service at the reception and at the smoker's bar was perfect. We had dinner at the Grill, which was also very good, but the value for money was already at the limit. It's nice when the waiters try to remember every order to avoid fumbling with a note or a phone, but it's not practical because mistakes happened more often. What's not acceptable is that the cleanliness of the toilets in the lobby was not perfect. Also, a urinal was defective for over 3 days and covered quite primitively with foil. In the very nice room, the logic of the light switches by the bed was strange, there was only one main switch that turned off not only the light in the room but also in the bathroom. All in all, a great hotel, but still with room for improvement.

The hotel is generally very nice, but the room I stayed in was advertised as having a double bed, yet the bed was definitely for 1.5 persons. The bathroom was very small. I would definitely stay again, but not in that room; I would choose a larger room. The location and service were good.
