If everything was as great as the staff, this would have been a top tier experience!
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were the best part of the entire experience. Very congested area but access to lots of places. We didn’t know about the shuttle offered until our last day but this would have been super helpful to know upon check in.

- • The bathtub had to be cleaned before we used it. Other than that it was clean. There were only a few drawers attached to the same place the mini fridge was. The pool was out of order both days we were there. We were shuttled to another hotel where the pool was ice cold and reeked of chlorine.
Overall, our day was beautiful, besides the minor things
The property was very elegant. The lobby was beautiful. The view of the outside garden was astonishing.

- • I did not like that. The property did not have a microwave in the room the controls of the AC. I also did not like the conjoining rooms. I was not aware that I was staying in a conjoining room as it was not listed on the amenities of the room.

I loved the bar at Parkwoods. Room was very clean and comfortable however very hot during the day time. Seemed as though the AC couldn't keep up. My first night I went to Parkwoods for dinner and while the bar drinks were great, I ordered the Beef Shortribs Flatbread and it was horrible. It was extremely dry and had turned me off. I almost didn't come back as I felt it was extremely overpriced for the quality. HOWEVER, my last night here I was not feeling up to going out and decided to try it again. Guys, I am soooo glad I did. Had GREAT conversation with the bartender Nicole. She is so knowledgeable and makes a DAMN GOOD Old Fashioned and then she suggested I try a Manhattan as it doesn't have as much sugar. HOLY MOLY THIS GIRL KNOWS!!! And the Ceasar salad I had was phenomenal!! I am so sad I waited until my last night here to come back and try again!! 5 stars all day so long as you don't get the flatbread. Haha

There is never any overly excessive noise and so I always get adequate rest during my stay.

- • I didn't like that the pool wasn't open the whole weekend. Not having a microwave in the room was a little displeasing as well. Other than that everything was great!
Service was great, everyone really worked with me and my family to make us comfortable, location was great and the court
