- • I absolutely do not understand how this hotel can receive ratings of 4 stars or more. The rooms are anything but clean, you just feel uncomfortable. The water in the shower overflows completely, and the water pressure is so extreme that it is more unpleasant than relaxing. The ventilation in the bathroom does not work at all, which makes it even worse. But the absolute highlight in a negative sense is the air conditioning - it has obviously not been serviced for years. The smell coming from it is disgusting, and my whole family coughed all night because of this air conditioning. In this condition, the hotel definitely does not deserve a good rating. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Unassuming but very friendly, comfortable and clean hotel in a quiet green area.
Hotel located in a quiet area, a bit off the beaten path and in a green area - which was very pleasant. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and wide beds (very large double bed), all necessary amenities were provided (i.e., kettle with coffee (instant) and tea, fridge, safe, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, balcony, bedside contacts and lamps. Tasty breakfasts, Italian style (croissants + cakes) and continental (hot scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables + cold buffet i.e., cheeses and cold cuts (rather limited selection) and smoked salmon. Plus bread, fruits, vegetables, drinks (juices, flavored waters), toaster, and of course coffee and tea to your heart's content. In a word, nothing was missing, plenty of space, efficient and friendly service. On-site hotel restaurant (delicious dishes), bar, vending machines with drinks and snacks, large parking lot. Public transport is a 7-minute walk away (bus) or 11 minutes (tram) - easy access to the city center. We did not use SPA-type attractions, pool, etc. (no time) so I cannot comment on them.

The hotel staff were fantastic—very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were very well equipped, and everything was spotlessly clean.
