Great location and staff, but problems with cleanliness and room maintenance. Not worth the price.
The location of the hotel is excellent, and the reception staff were very professional, helpful, and handled the situation politely.

- • Considering the 5 stars, the room condition and cleanliness were below standard. The room entry door was difficult to open and was not fixed after being reported, the bed sheets were damaged, and the window was noticeably dirty. The most serious issue was a drainage problem in the shower, which caused water to flood the bathroom. The bread served at breakfast was stale every morning.

Excellent attention from the staff, excellent cleanliness and its great location one of the best in Madrid.
