We had originally planned to stay here as a family, but I was unfortunately unable to come. I informed the accommodation well in advance, and they were incredibly understanding and flexible, making it easy to arrange everything for my parents instead. The team was very responsive throughout the whole process as every question was answered quickly, and I genuinely felt that they cared about making sure everything was perfectly organized before the stay. According to my parents, they felt very well looked after from the moment they arrived. The staff kindly allowed them to check into their room earlier upon request (for free), which they really appreciated after their journey. On the last day, luggage storage was also arranged without any issues and my parents were allowed to use a bathroom after spending a day at the beach, making their departure much more comfortable. They also spoke very highly of the location, saying it was convenient and a great base for exploring the area. Even though I wasn't able to experience this place personally, my parents' very positive experience left a great impression. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future :)
