It’s a bit far away from the heart of Bordeaux and requires a lot of walk to access to restaurants and shopping. The room we stayed in was quite small and we only received a very minimal service. IMO, it doesn’t live up to 5 stars hotel standards. Would definitely come back to Bordeaux but will not stay here again.

The hotel allegedly could not provide the booked room and we were rebooked to a "sister hotel". Officially, via Expedia, they did not want to resolve the matter, but demanded the same amount of money for a cheaper hotel. In my opinion, fraud.

Great service, great location. BUT the restroom was like in a hospital, very ugly with an old curtain and very small, vanity area with no place to put our stuff.

Tired property, in need of a deep clean
Tired bathroom in need of a thorough clean. Certainly not a 5-star property. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and the team members lovely. Food good quality. However, the lack of management presence meant that a staffing issue on Sunday evening was not resolved, leaving guests with no explanation & food/drinks that took over an hour and a half to arrive and on Monday shortages of breakfast items by 9.45 am. A shame as otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived and exactly as requested. The entire staff was amazing. We mainly walked to all of our restaurants and tours. Conveniently located but in a quiet part of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bordeaux
