Our stay met every expectation!!!
Excellent location, center of shopping and near everything! Their breakfast is the most amazing continental breakfast I’ve ever had! The staff is so attentive! I honestly can’t say enough about this hotel!

Regina and Martina were amazing!!! Incredibly helpful. A fabulous place in a fabulous location! One of the best places I've ever stayed at. Breakfast was wonderful.

Perfect stay
Ideally located hotel, very welcoming, perfect for a stay in Florence. Regina was exceptional, guiding us and taking care of us throughout our stay. We thank her very much for her kindness. We celebrated our 60th anniversary and everything was absolutely fantastic.
