A great location with friendly staff and amenities.
The location of Marita’s apartments could not be better.on the beach and yet private feeling accommodations. The apartment was very large and spacious.

- • The apartment is a little dated, but would be expected for the value.
Quiet, very good food around and 1 minute to the beach.
The location had many restaurants and shops nearby, and access to the beach was very quick and direct. I also enjoyed access to the pool. The internet was quite good, I had some moments when it was slower or had 1-second interruptions. The staff was very friendly and helped us with local information or other services.

- • There was nothing I didn't like. What I can say that could be slightly improved, some sheets and pillowcases still had some stains, they were washed 100%, but there were persistent stains.

- • The pillows smelled of sweat, inside the wardrobe it smelled. Noisy neighbors who woke up at 5 in the morning and you couldn't sleep anymore. They never changed our towels. The toilet water tank kept filling up.
