Jace is great!
We had a wonderful time! Jace made our experience extra special with my pup! Couldn’t be nicer! He remembered us by name every time and went out of his way to say hi!

Dolphin is the BEST in Florida
Our experience was phenomenal. From the pristine clean beach to the service all around. Our 22nd time here and the service and staff are what keeps us coming back. Mark on the beach has become a friend of the family. He recognizes us every vacation and made us special gifts to take home. He goes above and beyond every single day. There’s no better place in Florida. Thank you for helping us create lasting memories every vacation.

We rented chairs 3 times during our stay. Mark was amazing, friendly and helpful. The area of Hampton Inn and Dolphin Sands was always clean. Mark came around several times and picked up our cups and trash. We found out he came to our home town and state and conversations were cool

Mark is horrible.
Mark the man who helps on the beach chairs is so incredibly rude. Laughed right in my face when I waited 10 minutes with 0 line a question. So rude. The rest of the staff have been a dream. But if you can enjoy your stay without speaking to him, do that.

Perfect family vacation spot!
Perfect location for a family! We stayed for 7 days. The pool and beach were so nice and convenient! We had great pool & beach service from the waitresses! It was a private beach so it was easy to watch the kids play in the cove! We saw dolphins, crabs and starfish! Jace was friendly and helpful and always offered up a laugh! The front desk staff was also great! They offered us discounted aquarium tickets, free sand festival tickets and you can ride the trolly up and down the beach for free with room card! There was an Easter bunny visit and egg hunt for Easter right on the beach! We will definitely be back! My two asks would be for a couch or chair in the hotel room- with a 7 day stay, a piece of furniture to sit on besides the bed would be nice. Also, the floors had our feet black within minutes of getting out of the shower- definitely needed a fresh mop regularly- everything else was clean and comfortable. Loved all of the staff!!! Thanks for a great vacation!! PS- I know Cabanas is not affiliated (the restaurant attached to the hotel) but we had terrible service 5 days out of our stay for breakfast! We kept going since the kids were offered free breakfast with an adult purchase, but it was rough!! I would take my chances walking to another breakfast spot if you didn’t want to use the free kids coupons. Staff was actually yelling at each other one of the mornings. 🤣

I recently stayed at the Dolphin Sands and I must say that front desk service was phenomenal by Mr. Victor he was very kind and knowledgeable of everything within the hotel . He even went out of his way to provide details with my family on where we could sit on the beach and pool area. He has been by far the best front desk personality I have came across he deserves a raise!
