- • We had a negative first impression. We booked a room to go after our wedding and the reception did not help at all to facilitate the check-in. We sent a message through booking, the wedding planner contacted to facilitate the check-in and still we had to do the whole process upon arriving late at night tired. With the detail that there was no valet and no one took our bags. The receptionist just frowned and informed that 'I was only told that you would arrive late'.

- • Was booked and supposedly paid through booking. On arrival I was told I could only pay with Pix, which I don’t have. Despite my card being digital and not virtual, they say it's not possible to use it as it’s a virtual card?? So I left, they tried to say I never arrived for check-in - sounds like an expensive scam - was €700 3500 reil so not exactly an easy amount to have in cash. So bad experience.
