It's a shame for a hotel that is classified as 6 stars to have such poor service.

- • Our experience at Vogal was well below expectations for a high-standard hotel. We had problems from the moment we arrived, with inadequate service and an extremely arrogant staff member. During our stay, the bathroom drain was clogged and started to back up dirt and water. There was also no proper restocking of water in the minibar, and when my husband requested a beer, we were informed that it was not available. We waited over 40 minutes to have a tapioca for breakfast, and then we were told that the order had been canceled... Additionally, we had a lot of difficulty in registering a complaint directly with someone responsible for the hotel's management. We consider this set of failures unacceptable in a hotel that presents itself as luxurious and for the amount paid for the stay. The experience fell far short of the advertised standard.

Excellent breakfast, super comfortable bed, good gym, very pleasant pool area with several spots to relax and no loud and unpleasant background music, varied dinner, well-decorated hotel that conveys a sense of tranquility.

- • This time there were no gluten-free options at breakfast and there could be sugar-free, lactose-free, and gluten-free sweets available for dinner, as more and more people are changing their diets due to food intolerance. However, I was prepared by bringing my own options.
