Pleasant, close to the center
The staff, a warm family, is always available in case of need. Upon arrival, they welcome you with a smile and share their WhatsApp contact to facilitate communication. Breakfast is ordered by message or directly on site in the kitchen. Real varied and delicious homemade dishes that we really enjoyed. The room and the bathroom are spacious. The location is very convenient: a Mart is just outside and other supermarkets a little further away. The city center is a 10-minute walk. We only needed a taxi for our trips outside of Ubud.

- • Although the room is spacious, there was a musty smell. When it rains, you can hear the noise from the room, which can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. There are also works nearby, but it didn't really bother me. The access path is not the easiest with suitcases, and the first time you can get a little lost.

Very poor management! No soap, shampoo, toilet roll or hand towels provided. Shower curtain was rusted. No electric kettle in the room. We booked 2 king beds 2BDR but ended up getting one king bed and one single bed. Owner did not understand English at all which was a major issue. Location wise very good! Walking distance to Ubud market
