Absolutely STUNNING hotel in French Quarter
Beautiful hotel!! The staff went above and beyond with a smile! Reasonable rates. Has a great restaurant and bar. Also has a wonderful coffee shop and a small gift shop. Its location is perfect! Right in the French Quarter, close to everything. We parked the car and walked everywhere

- • The hydration station on our floor (6th) had no ice and the water was hot. So that was kind of a bummer

- • Cleanliness of common areas (pool), many things damaged in the hotel, stains on the sofa in the room, peeling wallpaper. Too bad

- • Room coffee maker didn’t work and there was no ice on the 5th floor.
Very nice with the exception of the design of the pool.

- • The pool would be much more usable if they added a ledge along the sides for people to be able to sit in 7’ depth. There were day pass users in the pool which made it very crowded and because of the depth, that area was unusable it would be great if there was a way to add seating around the outside of the pool too. There was never enough lounge chairs around the pool. Also because it’s an older building, it isn’t as soundproof as other hotels.

- • It's a flashy hotel. The staff is not up to par. The cleaning is poorly done and yet I am not a cleaning fairy. I asked for an iron when I arrived, I am still waiting for it! And then I was super disappointed by the pool. It only opens from 9 am so there are already a lot of people and especially there is a stupid rope right in the middle to supposedly separate the large and small pools which is absurd given the size of the pool and the fact that if a child is about to drown, this rope will not prevent it. But above all, it is almost impossible to swim which is really a shame.
