We only had a 4-day stay. The food was good, the staff was super friendly, helpful, and nice. The bars could be improved. The room was nice and spacious but musty, and we had a room on the ground floor, which also meant a small army of ants as guests. But what is unacceptable are the beach loungers (all broken or sagging) and to reach the sea, one had to walk through a lot of camel dung. This is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.

The beach was very beautiful, the location is about 22km from Agadir city. The food was okay, the service was average, but very limited choices at the bar, cheap liquors, nasty wine, and only one choice of beer. The entertainment was very limited, the shows were very boring. I recommend this place for no more than three nights because it can be boring.

Amazing resort!
Was a great place, great amenities, amazing staff, took care of us, very clean and beautiful resort, and the location is perfect, had so many activities for kids! ⚠️But the WiFi was terrible. Probably the worst I've seen in such a nice place.

We had to call reception to request changing the bed covers and cleaning the room. The services are not worthy of a hotel as expensive as yours. This would be my last time setting foot in this hotel... my family and I were very disappointed.

The worst part of this trip was the third party I booked with! Which is Expedia! They said my 16-year-old daughter was a child while the hotel charged me for an adult!!! Last time I book with Expedia!

Passable
Nice hotel but the check-in is very late at 3 pm to access the room, and by the time they bring your luggage, it's 4 pm, so we couldn't enjoy the pool as we wished. Too bad
