Outstanding breakfast, everything we needed. We had booked two rooms under the same name, one was not registered but the staff solved it in an EXCELLENT way and we got an EXCELLENT room.

if you are getting up early anyway it's a great hotel but not a fan of the disruption.

- • I asked to be in a quiet room, they upgraded me to be in a quiet area but was woken exactly at 7 am by a jackhammer that sounded like it was in the room next door. I forgot a drink in my room but there is no direct lift to the section of the hotel I was staying so I had to get a lift from the other side of the building and walk all the way around. (there is a lift near my room but there is a one-way door to get out not to go back in that way. so I just left it rather than doing the 20 min maze walk around the different floors. if you are arriving late the doors are all locked, the phone number on the door was not working for the 3 people waiting to get in. after googling other numbers we found a number for another hotel chain that called this hotel to let us in, we were outside for about 40 minutes trying to get in (I was looking at booking another hotel by this point).

- • a mistake in transferring the booking from Booking.com but the STAFF solved it EXCELLENTLY. I had booked two rooms in my name, but only one was in the hotel's reservation
