incredibly LOUD location
If you’re staying here for a great location for walking or if you want an incredible breakfast this is your spot! If you want any sleep!! This is NOT your place to stay. When I mentioned how incredibly loud it is at night with the bars and very loud music and taxi cabs picking and dropping off loud drunk people, the front desk said yes it is and shared with me next time to request a room on the backside of the hotel higher up than the second floor. How would I know that? I was traveling with my 75+ parents from the states and they were exhausted from lack of sleep. I would just go for the breakfast and stay somewhere else.

We had booked a non-smoking Superior room and obviously paid extra for it. We were given an Accessible/Handicap room (522) which had a very inconvenient bathroom. On addressing this with the reception we were told that it wasn't really an Accessible/Handicap room!!! I've been travelling for 50+ years and know such a room when I see it. Poor experience for a Thon hotel - they should be ashamed giving us the incorrect room and then lying to us.

Most rooms face the street where light rail runs from 5:30 am to 10 pm and is very loud if you need fresh air and open a window.
