Lobster too buttery, steak too juicy
I stay here often now. It is comfortable and elegant. The staff are glorious. Molton Brown soaps, big bath, comfy robe... Just glorious.

- • Leaving was the worst. One very small, tiny, insignificant criticism would be that the lobster is too buttery and the steak too juicy.

- • Did not have hot water in the shower, reported to the staff next morning who said it will be fixed. It was not fixed in the evening when coming back to the room, without any communication. I was really disappointed not only that it was not fixed but also by the lack of communication and interest in their client, really not customer oriented. Staff offered a new room. The room is connected to another room but there is a space between the door and the frame, you get the light from the other room and it is also a single door so you hear everything from the other side. Room 251 is definitely not value for money.
