Great find close to Disney
We had an amazing time at the Holiday Inn and Rafeal our bartender was amazing! The food and drinks were so good, we changed our plans and spent most of our time enjoying the property.

Overall, it was good, but be aware of the scams
It had a big pool it was amazing very big resort 711 Chick-fil-A and quite close to some of others shops for food and shopping

- • The staff were quite dismissive the concierge desk guy Joshua Rodriguez he made us pay a deposit of $70. I think $75 to go see this resort basically it was a scam and you would get a free 7 night hotel. It’s very convincing obviously as they played the part however luckily we caught it and we did not go get a Uber to go to resorts as it was a scam and they would pressure us into buying homes.
Nice experience
It was a super cool place to stay, Breakfast was nice and the attention from Michelle and Paul was incredible, shuttle to the parks was helpful. I would stay here next time.

I have recently visited Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista and enjoyed my stay1 The front desk Manager Dorris, Supervisor Amanda, and Guest Services Clerk Fabio, were so helpful and made my family and feel so welcomed.This hotel has a pool connected Applebees Restaurant Bar for adults. But is also equipped with a splash pad with activities for children around the pool during the day. The hotel location is less that fifteen minutes from Magic Kingdom, and has free bus transportation if needed. The pool area was basically quiet while we relaxed. There were also relaxing hot tubs. The rooms and hotel area were very clean and safe. Keys are needed to every door and gate entry, including access to pool and parking. With all of these accolades, this hotel was very reasonable! Especially compared to the other hotels in this area! I most definitely will return to this hotel!
