- • The fact that they woke us up at 8:30 in the morning banging on the door to clean the room when check out was 11. We didn't get checked in until 11 pm because of a sports tournament and housekeeping was in more than a hurry to try and get us out of our room. Then the front desk couldn't offer more than an oh our bad ...
