It was very clean and I could use it with peace of mind. I was very grateful for the YouTube video guide from the airport to the guesthouse that was sent as the check-in time approached. Since it was a transit stay, I did not insert a SIM card and took screenshots of key points of the video with the airport's WiFi. With that as a clue, I got a little lost, but I managed to arrive safely. It was a late-night arrival, but it was smooth and stress-free because I could self-check-in. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

- • The way to switch between the shower and the washbasin water in the bathroom was a method I had never seen in Japan, so I was a little confused for a while. I thought it would be even more helpful if there was some guidance.

- • There's no elevator. It might be a bit of a hassle if you're carrying heavy luggage and have a room on the third floor. But there is a conveyor belt to help you bring it from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! There is a water server, a kitchen, and a convenience store nearby. The owner was very kind. It's easy because they provide a shuttle service to the airport even at 6 a.m. (15,000 won). I would like to use it again for early morning or late-night flights!

The structure is very close to the airport, only twenty minutes by metro from T2. I recommend it for short stays, as it is far from the center of Seoul. There is a CU two minutes away.

- • My room was on the second floor, without an elevator (take this into consideration). The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. There was mold on the windows, both in the room and in the bathroom. Keep in mind that the city is very new, so there is practically nothing to do. There are only a couple of restaurants and cafes.
Great value, great comfort
Information prior to check-in was accurate and timely. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The host was welcoming and helpful.
