Ease of parking is great. Staff friendly. Elevator was so busy. Had to wait 15 min to get from parkade to lobby to check in, then wait 10 min for elevator from lobby to room. Bath tub drain was stuck closed so had to shower in standing water. Tub drained slowly over the course of the night.

Good but pricy
Seemed expensive for what we got. Pool area was lackluster. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect for our needs. And it is a short walk to the False Creek waterfront park.

The property was very convenient to access VGH and the Cancer Clinic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and amenities. We did find the outlets for plug in beside the beds did not work well as they were very loose. There were no USB plug-ins. Updates in this area would be helpful.

Big, clean room and great staff. Free breakfast was great except that the food was cold.

Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff. The elevators are quite slow and there’s only two of them hence one star off

Get new mattresses
Really bad bed, no support. Towels were scratchy and linen was worn. The shampoo, etc was bargain quality. On the plus side the location was great, the Wi-Fi was strong and parking [$23] was convenient.
