- • The cleanliness was terrible. The rooms smelled bad and had stains on the carpet. The staff did not speak English. It was super difficult to figure out how to book a private taxi for an island tour.

Very nice, comfortable hotel
Really lovely property and staff. Location was a little remote so couldn’t really do much nearby. Spa was well worth the visit, felt like I’d been in there for hours!

- • Beach / pool sunbeds doesn’t have mattress, but I guess it is not very common in Japan as you don’t stay too long in the sun
