- • It was a nightmare to sleep as the hotel has central heating, and it was 29 degrees in the room. When I tried to turn on the air conditioning to lower the temperature since it was impossible to stay there, I was informed that it couldn't be done because the equipment was old and only centrally controlled. We couldn't sleep and I woke up feeling unwell.

- • It should have more maintenance. The bathrooms have clogged pipes, the breakfast is good. Nothing out of this world.
Fine, pleasant.
The bar service is good, but the croissants are VERY UGLY!!! Hard and dry. The minibar has NO WATER!!! The main thing would be some bottles of mineral water, which I had to buy on the street. And the safe didn't work (Room 605).

- • Yes, those details: lack of mineral water and the safe not working. There is not much security when entering the hotel from the street. The rest is fine. (I am not criticizing, just listing details)
For the same price, there were better options available.

- • Not charging me what Booking had informed me in writing, without any acceptable explanation. In the room, there was an electric kettle, but no water or tea or coffee sachets. The parking lot was not enabled (this is what I was informed at reception).
