Our absolute favorite hotel. A gem.
Wonderful location, quick and easy access to Parc Luxembourg, shops, terrific cafe, wonderful restaurants, metro and bus lines. Our suite was worth every centime: lovely, comfortable bed and sitting area, very nice, comfortably-sized bathroom. Several closets that made it easy to unpack and stay organized. Excellent staff!! Also loved that the neighborhood seems filled primarily with locals, not tourists. The view from a cafe is of kids coming and going from school, parents and business people meeting and greeting. Lovely.

Beautiful and well located
A beautiful hotel, very cozy. We went in winter and in the afternoons they lit the lobby fireplace. They gave us an upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the street, very nice. The hotel's location is ideal, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is nice for walking, it feels very safe. There are also two metro stations within a few minutes.

- • Service varies depending on the receptionist on duty. For example, twice we ordered breakfast to the room, and on both occasions they forgot something: either the cutlery, or the second cup of coffee, or the bread, etc. On the first day, the receptionist on the phone was annoyed with us because we had to call them twice and apparently he was busy with other guests. It wasn't a serious problem, but we didn't think it was the right attitude. The next day, when they forgot the cutlery again, we were attended by a different receptionist. It should be noted that she did have good manners and quickly resolved the issue after a simple apology.
